2. PURCHASE PROCESS
Through our website, you can find information about all our products, services, and prices. You can select the desired specimen, and then its characteristics, price, associated services, taxes, and shipping costs will be detailed.
To complete a purchase, you must register on our website, and you will receive a confirmation email for your registration. Only individuals over 18 years old can register and make purchases.
Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email for your order.
The invoice will be sent to your email upon purchase, along with an order summary and a tracking number. If you make the purchase via bank transfer, you will first receive a proforma invoice, and once the payment is confirmed, the final invoice will be sent.

The prices indicated in the product lists do not include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
The final purchase summary will display the total price, including taxes and shipping costs.

6. RETURNS, WARRANTIES, AND CANCELLATIONS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Return requests must be made by email to info@ovohorse.com. Returns must be made in perfect condition with the original complete packaging, including all packaging elements such as labels and leaflets, without any markings or damages, provided that the products are eligible for return.
Certain exceptions apply to the right of withdrawal in remote purchases, which affect the services and products offered:
- Goods that can deteriorate quickly.
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
- Services that have been fully provided with the consumer’s prior consent.
- Personalized goods, such as clones, created according to the consumer’s specifications.
The customer must cover the return costs (if applicable) and is ultimately responsible for the condition of the returned material until it arrives at our facilities.
