In the current WBFSH ranking of the world’s top showjumping stallions, Emerald Van’t Ruytershof holds the 11th position. In just a few years, Emerald climbed to the top of the rankings thanks to numerous successes at the international level.
Emerald began his sporting career by winning silver at the World Championship for Young Horses. He was also a finalist at the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games, runner-up in the World Cup Final in Gothenburg, winner of various Nations Cups, and victor in numerous CSI5* Grand Prix events, among other achievements.
These accomplishments follow in the footsteps of his legendary sire, Diamant de Semilly, a multiple championship winner and ranked as the world’s best showjumping stallion in 2015, 2016, and 2023, according to the WBFSH rankings.
