Kannan GFE


Son of Voltaire and Nimmerdor, Kannan excelled both in international competition and as a sire. With over 6,000 offspring, he transmits power, technique, and bravery. Notable descendants include Nino des Buissonnets, Olympic Gold in London 2012, and Quabri de l’Isle, a star in Olympic Games and Nations Cups.

Kannan GFE is one of the most influential and successful stallions in show jumping. Bred from the great Voltaire and Nimmerdor, he carries a genetic legacy that set him apart both in sport and breeding.
He had an impressive career at international level with French rider Michel Hécart, earning strong results in top-level competitions.
To date, Kannan has produced over 6,000 offspring, with nearly 200 having competed at CSI 1.60m or higher, and close to 200 approved stallions. He reliably passes on key traits:
