Negro is a son of Ferro, a first class Dutch Warmblood stallion who for many years was the mainstay of the Dutch Dressage team and sire of great Grand Prix horses, among which Negro stands out. He is a horse with great genetics for the good conformation, power, willingness to work and the very good quality he brings to his offspring. He is winner of the stallion competition in 2000 and 2001; he won the title of “Young Stallion” (Zwolle 2001). During the WC in Verden, Negro was the best 6 year old KWPN stallion. He won his first Big Tour start convincingly, demonstrating his talent for piaffe and passage among many other achievements.
