Son of the legendary Baloubet du Rouet, one of the greatest show jumping stallions of all time (three-time World Cup Final gold medalist and Olympic gold medalist), and Georgia, daughter of Continue and an outstanding producer of elite horses.
Balou du Rouet has stood out not only for his own accomplishments but also as one of the top producers of show jumping horses worldwide.
He has sired horses with exceptional jumping ability, combining power, agility, and a competitive mindset, as seen in Babalou, the outstanding Bianca, and the Olympic mare Baloutiue (all competitors at 1.70 m). In addition, he has more than 120 approved stallion sons and nearly 100 offspring that have competed at the highest level (1.60 m or higher). Balou is undoubtedly a safe bet.
